Through interviews, archival footage and following them in their respective activities, hiking up Grouse Mountain and skiing on the in the local mountains. Through the stories of times past, the history of the mountaineering and downhill skiing is revealed. In the present day, they are enjoying their outdoor activities in a way that break down stereotypes regarding ageing and offer true inspiration.
