Requesting Previews & Placing An Order

 

Email preview requests to traffic@videoout.ca . We will mail DVDs to you within two weeks. A minimum of $6.50 CDN for shipping and handling is charged on domestic orders. While preview copies are free, they must be returned.  

For screening, exhibition, broadcast or educational license orders provide the
title, artist and format you require, and the DUE DATE for receipt. Please add a full shipping address including phone number and any courier information required.

Payment is required before we ship. We take all major credit cards. Please allow 2 weeks in North America and 3 weeks outside North America for your order to be processed and shipped. Rush orders (less than one week ) wil be charged a $20 rush fee.

Posted rates are in Canadian dollars, and based on CARFAC recommendations but will be negotiated based on the artist's preferences and the requirements of the license. Please contact us for a full estimate.

Canadian customers are charged 5% GST on all orders.
