Auditions

 Auditions (Confessional) is the third installment in a three-part video series that was the result of Milton’s summer residency at Access Gallery in Vancouver.

Milton and a series of participants made up of amateur and professional actors, the artist’s mother and a practicing psychiatrist switch roles between: 1) a casting agent and actor and 2) a television journalist and a Hollywood celebrity. Dialogue throughout the script was pulled from Hollywood musicals and celebrity confessionals.
