An example of early computer animation by one of Vancouver's most proficient pioneers in new media. Gates, doors and movement suggestive of pre and post-natal stages fly throught the eyes of a newborn, parallelling the inward and outward motion of the tape. The soundtrack emphasizes the pre-verbal nature of communication taking place. The intrinsic newness of infant and computer are implied.
