In DEUX PIEDS video is used to create dance illusions. Video keying and mixing are employed to enable the ballerina s legs to move independently of each other. The legs seem to be attached at the hips and can perform incredible balletic feats such as spinning in opposite directions. The music is excerpted from the ballet Don Quixote.
