Monodramas

Ten short tapes (ranging from 12 to 30 seconds) were designed for broadcast on late-night television. They are presented here intercut with samples of actual off-air TV commercials. It was the artist s intention that only one drama be broadcast on any given day and rotated numerous times in varying contexts to underline the unresolved situations depicted. This is the second part of the project TV Spots which is broadcast in 1988. MONODRAMAS was broadcast in British Columbia , Canada in 1991. The MONODRAMAS ARE: 1. Eye on You 2. I m Not Gary 3.
