  • The story of the first commercial nuclear reprocessing from the point of view of its workers. The plant, owned by Getty Oil co., was closed in Ô72 after processing for only 6 years. In 1980 all materials revert to New York State, including 600, 000 gallons of radioactive waste with a 100, 000 year toxic life.
