Requesting Previews & Placing An Order
We provide previews for consideration for rental or purchase to festival or gallery programmers, librarians and other educational institution staff. E-mail preview requests to distribution@vivomediaarts.com. A minimum of $6.50 CDN for shipping and handling is charged on domestic orders of DVD copies. While preview copies are free, they must be returned.
For screening, exhibition, broadcast or educational license orders provide the title, artist and format you require, and the due date for receipt to distribution@vivomediaarts.com. Please add a full shipping address including phone number and any courier information required in the case of DVD requests.
Payment is required before we ship. We accept major credit cards, cheque, and PayPal payments. Please allow 2 weeks in North America and 3 weeks outside of North America for DVD orders to be processed and shipped. We now offer digital distribution services.

Posted rates are in Canadian dollars and are based on CARFAC recommendations. Prices may vary and may be subject to negotation based on artists' preferences and the requirements of the license. Please contact us for a full estimate.
All Canadian customers are charged GST (5%). PST (7%) is added to all orders within British Columbia.
*Even in the event that an artist waives their artist fee Video Out maintains a 33% administration charge for all distribution orders.
